With 50,000 students, teaching and research spans five campuses in South East Queensland, with the largest campus located within the Precinct, catering to almost 20,000 students. It is one of Australia’s fastest growing university campuses – almost $500 million in facilities have been developed since 2005.

Gold Coast Hospital and Health Service (Gold Coast Health) is becoming a world-class provider of public healthcare services through innovation and patient-centred care.
Gold Coast Health is one of the fastest growing health services in Australia, delivering a broad range of secondary and tertiary health services throughout the region from 13 community facilities, two major allied health precincts and three hospitals, including the $1.76 billion Gold Coast University Hospital (GCUH), located within the GCHKP.
City of Gold Coast is Australia's second largest local authority with a $1.5 billion annual budget, looking after a diverse and multi-cultural city covering 1,358 square kilometres.
The Gold Coast is an entrepreneurial city where one in five professionals own their own business. The City of Gold Coast is committed to supporting local entrepreneurs and over the next 10 years the city is expected to grow to an employment base of almost 300,000 people.

Economic Development Queensland (EDQ) is responsible for the master planning and facilitation of development on the PDA site on behalf of the Queensland Government, working in partnership with the GCHKP project office to attract investment.
EDQ is a specialist land use planning and property development unit within the Department of State Development, Manufacturing, Infrastructure and Planning. EDQ engages with state and local government, the development industry and the public to identify, plan, facilitate and deliver property development and infrastructure projects to create prosperous, liveable and connected communities.
