The GCHKP Project Office is the central point of contact to facilitate support and is able to refer you to the relevant government agency.

Land Costs
Further information can be provided in relation to land costs and staged development models via Economic Development Queensland (EDQ).
EDQ is responsible for the master planning and facilitation of development on the PDA site on behalf of the Queensland Government, working with the GCHKP on investment attraction.

Advance Queensland
The Advance Queensland Industry Attraction Fund seeks to bring innovative contestable projects to Queensland and help them grow in order to drive job creation, regional growth,increased innovation and technology and supply chain development.

TIQ is the Queensland Government’s dedicated global business agency with a charter to help potential investors take advantage of the opportunities relating to the GCHKP. Their specialist investment team provides a range of business and investment services including migration assistance to international investors.
