Projects & Developments

The GCHKP is evolving to expand from its key partners and occupants to eventually generate $2.9 billion for the Gold Coast economy and support up to 26,000 jobs.

As a key legacy of the Gold Coast 2018 Commonwealth Games is realised, the former Athletes Village has been transformed into a vibrant mixed-use community with the Lumina commercial cluster at its heart.

A number of sites are earmarked for developments to commence from 2021, while other projects are set to build workforce and niche capabilities.
