Mission

We are creating a highly connected, skilled and supported precinct of public and private sector partners and community members, to deliver transformation for global impact, creating the jobs of the future and diversifying the Gold Coast’s economy.

Strategic Plan

Our Strategic Plan 2022–27 outlines the key priorities guiding how we grow, through community engagement, sustainable development and strong industry partnerships. By 2027, we aim to create 3,000 new jobs, secure $250 million in commercial developments, and generate $46 million in annual research income, driving lasting value for Queensland.
